Scott is a highly experienced transformation specialist who has spent his entire career in Asia. Though he is currently working in F&B retail he has primarily focused on financial services. His recent work covered Insurance but previously worked in asset management and private banking positioning himself between the business and technology and delivering in complex environments true transformation that will directly and positively impact the end user experience.

He has spent a number of years transforming and digitizing Service Centers, CRM, Customer websites and Claims and large variety of other systems including both infrastructure and applications. Scott is exceptionally well grounded in business analysis and technology but focused on change management across business units seeking to realize business goals and strategy through effective transformation programs and change management regimes.

His varied experience in both roles and locations allows him to bring a unique and innovative view to existing processes flows and organizations structures while allowing me to adapt and adopt best of breed practices for maximum effectiveness. This is particularly relevant in driving true digital initiatives where organizational change, technology implementations, and process improvement converge but also in driving specific large green field or replacement initiatives.

Scott excels in communications and is able to work effectively with senior stakeholders, as well as operational staff. He has the necessary soft skills and training to facilitate and negotiate to resolution very complex issues. He is able to both persuade and influence through ultra-complex environments, diverse cultures and markets, and ambiguous organizational structures. His relationship building skills and empathetic listening skills coupled with years of experience in building and driving operational and IT programs has led to measured success in a number of programs across greater Asia.

Scott is currently based in Tokyo Japan but travels frequently to Singapore and Hong Kong where he maintains residency. Scott is a fluent Japanese speaker and a beginner at Mandarin Chinese.

Scott spends his free time with his 3 children and loves introducing them to the joys of the great outdoors through camping, hiking and other sports. When not occupied with them Scott is a fanatical motorcycle rider and has travelled to more than 20 countries to pursue his passion.
